Event Supervisor (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a full-time event supervisor to join The Fleuriste team and communicate with a wide array of our clients and vendors (Friendors) through all stages of an event, from coordination of meetings to full execution of events. Applicants should be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to provide the unique, personalized customer service experiences our clients have come to know from us. Applicants who are proficient in working with Apple products, BloomTrac, Monday and Google Docs are preferred.

Event Week Hours: Tuesday – Saturday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Regular Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
*Paid Time Off: 40 hours as of (Start Date) for first year
Dress Code: Business professional
Direct Report: Event Manager

Event Expectations:
• Proficient in working with Apple computers as well as BloomTrac, Monday, GoogleDocs, and other event related sites
• Follow templates and protocol to work within time constraints to ensure proper service
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse clients and vendors (Friendors) through the various stages of event
• Create detailed notes and proposals for all front office house operations
• Actively ensure client satisfaction through direct interaction with client as well as vendors (Friendors) during and following event
• Review and create outgoing pack lists, and orders to ensure that production team understands the event
• Assist production team to ensure a high level of service is executed
• Flexibility and eagerness to assist where needed
• Understand each clients needs to provide real, effective solutions to any challenge
• Conduct venue walkthroughs with clients
• Create a detailed timeline for client (if needed) and ‘day of event’ team
• Collect payment from clients and/or vendors in a timely manner
• Creative problem solver by actively identifying issues by being able to correct potential concerns
• Conduct event post-postmortems with client and staff documenting best practices and lessons learned
• Other duties and functions as assigned by Event Manager, Matt and George
